smarty?

Should i upgrade my trans and torque conv. or can i use the smarty safley with stock drive train?

Sure you can run the Smarty with a stock drivetrain setup. That's not to say that you won't snap/bust anything but it's possible.

I've ran Smarty SW#9 for a month straight. I drive my truck like I stole it. I didn't break anything, but that dosn't mean anyone else won't. I currently run the JR stacked with a Dr.P box, stock drivetrain with oversized tires. 98k on my tranny and she is still holding. Some guys bust parts with stock power. It depends on how you drive it.

But I would deffinetly be looking at upgrading the trans before or right after.

DON'T GO ABOVE LEVEL 3

make sure you have gauges

How difficult is it to install the temp gauge for the tranny?

best way is to buy a double deep pan (maghytek) and it has the port for the tem sender and you gain extra fluid.

Thanks, exhaust temp? where should i install that i have seen it installed in two different locations intake or exhaust manifold?
