slow decelleration ????

slow decelleration ????

why does my 04.5 auto when i rev it up take a while to come back down to a idle?? its kind of annoying when i rev it up to make smoke ? do they make some sort of module to make it decellerate quicker??

It's the nature of it.. If you rail on it in neutral to "make smoke" its going to sit there fueling for a few seconds before it comes back down. Its because the rail pressure is high and your suddenly letting off the throttle the pressure takes a while to come back down.

then why does the manual trucks seem to decell alot quicker then the autos. and some other trucks ive seen decell quicker
