64/66
64/65/13

. My opinion is either a twins set up or a 64/65/13ss as a single. Either way you are over $1000 unless you find a used 64 for a good deal.

THis is the best advice in these 3 pages, the 64/65/13ss w/ 90hp sticks on an 03 w/ a Smarty is the answer. With those larger turbos you will have lag and towing problems. Save a few bucks and sell your stock turbo to someone else so you can get a better turbo, this isn't something you want to do over and over. Don't be cheap

i think ur right TCR the 64/65/13ss with the 90hp stix and Smarty seems to be the best combo. However, I will have to wait quite a bit to be able to buy that turbo but its worth the wait if I will get the quality.
