Shock bushings?

I think my bushings in my right front Bilstein shock is going bad. It keeps making a heck of a clunk when I hit any kind of bump. Does anyone know of where I can get replacements? This is the second to go bad, first one was the left front. Any other replacement shocks hold up better?..

did you check and make sure that the shock tower and/or the shock bolt did not work themselves loose-first

No I didnt. I just assumed the bushing was shot because my other front one made the same sort of noise. Will have to check it tomorrow...

i just changed my old bilsteins yesterday ( they had 50,000 miles on them) bushings were in good shape.i put another set of bilsteins on the truck.. since the noise happens when you hit a bump- it could also be other things- start with the shocks. check your trac bar (make sure it is tight-no movement) you may want to jack the truck up and check the tie rods and ball joints too. move tire up and down-any movement other than a tiny bit-bad ball joint. move tire side to side- any movement- bad tie rod. could also be a bad anxle u-joint. unfortunately with that type of noise/symptom (many guys have had it) it becomes a process of elimination. take your time and go over your front end.

Which Bilsteins do you have? 5100's or the HD's (Yellow and Blue). I just put on my 5100's yesterday and they say the front's are good for 0-2.5" of lift. My truck is at stock ride height and the fronts are compressed alot more than I think they should be. Wonder if yours are the same and that has something to do with pre mature bushing wear.
