if you select even # sw (and don't adjust the timing, leave at default), like sw8, tq4, tm default and rp4 you will be running stock timing, alot of fuel with higher egts. I agree try TNT sw5 with timing 4, alot less timing but still advanced and see if it will work.

When I had stock injectors I couldn't run any TNT or TNTR(3 or 4 diff versions from Bob) even on the even #s. I don't know why it helped, but the DDPs made it possiblt to run timing 3 and 4 w/o popping, but the truck runs crappy compared to other tunes.

I'm not so certain... Mine did the popping with all the fueling upgrades; a custom tune from Marco that backed out the timing fixed it.

Run timing 4 and I bet it goes away... then try 3 and see if that will work too. If so, then that is all the timing you can use and/or need.

I have had popping with TNT also on timing #2 and #3 I never tried #4. I am running beta 4.2 and when I turn the mp8 above 30% I get popping at higer rpm in 3rd gear like the TNT. I know I have plenty of fuel, rail preasure dose not drop when popping happens (25,300psi). Fuel line preasure drops from 25psi to 12psi, not sure if that is something to be concernd about or not. I would like to run the TNT to try to get the most out of the programing as possible (need more hp), but 4.2 feels stronger than TNT. Dose more timing give you more hp or less timing?

Har har, ok I'll back off. I'm just saying I hope someone else doesn't do what a couple of us have done and get into a stg 2 pump and still have the issues. If there wasn't a timing/fueling problem, then Marco wouldn't be working on a TNT version that is 03-04 specific now would he
