Make sure that you do some stop and go in that 250 miles as well.

How stiff is the pedal? Do you have upgraded hydraulics?

When I first got in, the pedal was much stiffer than I thought it would be, but after a week I couldnt tell the difference.

Yes i have the upgraded Hydraulics and the pedal pressure is more than stock. Now I have been driving it I am used to it, but then when I hop back into another vehicle with standard pressure the first push of the clutch I always almost push the pedal through the firewall. (and vice versa, when someone hops in my truck, they always comment on how stiff the clutch is..). That being said, the 3250 has less pedal pressure than the 3600.

Try taking it into third then go to first. It helps to slow the synchros easier.

For the noise, my 3250 is way, way, way quieter than the 3600 I had in for about 4 weeks and then had it pulled. Still have the rattling noise, but not too bad. Before, with my 3600, people would roll down their windows to let me know something was wrong with my truck.... However, there is no way to tell how a clutch will interact with a truck until it is installed. Peter will admit some are nice and quiet, others are louder. As for getting it into gear, sometimes I'll have to double clutch to get it into first or second.

Was your 3600 sprung or solid hub?

Both the 3250 and 3600 were sprung, so there is no way that the first one should have been that loud.
