Don't some of you guys like it better when the tip is longer and you can't see as much of the stock pipe and the joint where it meets it. Some of the trucks I see look so......whats the word for it.....I don't know, it just doesn't look good. The pics I see on here aren't bad though.

I agree, Cowboy - looks so ricer when there's a monster shorty tip necked down to a comparitively small 4" tailpipe - just looks like bling, rather than a vital piece to keep the cummins beast tamed.

my .02 would be find a 4" inlet to 5" outlet 304 stainless double wall tip. get one 12" to 15" long. I prefer weld on but they make both styles. I don't like the clamp on because the stock exhuast hangs low enough you will see the clamp and it could come lose or off.
I got one off ebay like this

I got the 24"X6" from Rip. I can stick my arm in it up to my shoulder. Nice and long and sounds like a peterbuilt goin thru the gears. I love to get in the left lane in town and light it off with someone next to me with their window down. They either have to put a finger in their ear or roll the window up! I will try to remember to get a pic of it posted in my gallery. I think the site for the tip is sourceautomotive.com

The tip I got was a 5" rolled stainless tip that is chrome plated. I just purchased it straight from the dealer. It wasn't that much more than the other aftermarket ones. It is actually a pretty nice tip also.

I got my Stainless dual wall tip from Michael over at HotRodDiesels.

Mine is the angle cut tip.
I prefer the look of the dual wall personally. Didn't really notice a difference in sound, but I really wan't expecting one.
