SS tip
Be sure to get a 304 SS tip, or you'll be hollerin' down the road... if it's magnetic - don't install, it's just a matter of time.....
We use schedule 5 SS pipe or tubing for our tips/turndowns, and tig-weld them on or they'll eventually fall off.

Flo-Pro makes a nice 4">>6" stainless steel tip.....just bought one for my nephew's 2001 RAM 2500.
I run the 5">>6" stainless steel tip from Flo-Pro on my 2003 RAM 2500.

Like alot of members, I bought http://www.genosgarage.com/prodinfo....r=MEGS-0069-DG from Geno's. I didn't notice any sound difference in the cab, but it's keeping the soot off my bumper. There's a poor pic of it in my gallery.

I got the 4" in 5" out stainless tip from Genos and I would NOT recommend it to anyone. It's very low quality compared to the 4" Megs tip that I took off.

I got my 5" off of Ebay for around 30bucks. I looked and looked everywhere and this was the lowest price for the highest quality. SS rolled lip, straight cut. Don't remember the name of the seller, but they do all kinds of stainless steel stuff. I think it was delivered in one day also...
Still looks great after around 5000miles

You can also get the 4-6" MBRP tips in either single wall or double wall and they are 304 stainless.
Check with Lary here and he should be able to get some pricing for you. I have a 6" on my Mega Cab and it looks pretty good. It has a bolt on clamp built into the tip, but we always weld them on to make sure we will never loose them!
Also you are going to need to cut some of your stock tailpipe off to make it look right.

BTW, this is what the Silverline 5" tip looks like on mine...
I did not cut the stock exhaust off at all, and the clamp holds it plenty tight. Got mine from Schied Diesel I think.
