Running 1 psi on the freeway with bigger turbo

Most of the drive I had a nice tail wind, and it was around 15 degrees. It is hotter than my stocker was if Im going into the wind, up hills, until it builds about 10 psi, then it egts start to fall again. My temps at 75 into the wind were about 800-900.
