Ruff Idle?

I am hoping someone might have a place to start, my truck has been ideling really ruff for the last couple of weeks. When you start it, it idles normal and then suddenly falls a couple of hundred rpms then returns to normal. Engine temp seems to make no differance. Also when you clutch it at a stop it seems to almost die and then catch and idle. Any help would be great.

That aint right, but man is it funny.

once it drops down does it do it just once, or continue? How is the idle quality once it is warm. We need some more detailed info to try and help you out.

My 2005 would idle ruff for a few minutes or longer at times. Almost always the temp was 30 or lower
After 8 trips to the dealership I got new injectors and the problem went away

No not the dog barking.Sorry it was to early in the morning and my grammer sucks anyway.

No the outside temp doesn't seem to make a differance. It does it once and them will idle fine for a few seconds then it does it again. It is very inconsistent. It does not go away when the truck warms up.

I got a code the other day it was a P0193 code. I unhooked the quad rail gauge and cleared the code it has not come back but did not fix the idle either. It seems to stumble a little at high way speeds as well.

If you were to put your rail pressure gauge on what does the rail pressure do when this occurs?

With the rail gauge on it, it usually seems to idle around 6800 to 7000. When the idle falls it drops to about 6400. It seems to bounce arounf allot anyway.
