I ordered the Brute Force intake from them last July of 2006. Last week I received the right parts. They don't want you to call them on phone, send e-mail, so they can lye to you and brush you off. We went back and forth with e-mails for over 7 months before I finally called AEM Brute Force and they sent me the correct parts in 3 days. I would never order anything from them again.

Well I am only about 30min away from them so hopefully It does not take that long, I could just drop off the wrong part and pick up the right one, if they will do that.

I ordered my delete pipe from them online not over the phone and I got the confirmation email saying the order was placed and will be shipped, next day, got the email saying the pipe had been shiped, two weeks later no pipe, looked at my bank statement and the money had not been drafted from the acct. So I call them and the lady who answered was very tough to deal with and after about 30 mins of trying to get an answer out of her as to why my card hadnt been charged for the item, she finally told me there was a problem with the card or something and I needed to go back online and order again.
Got the pipe 2 weeks later and it was the worst packing job I ever seen, all they did was wrap the ends in tape so when I got it, the ends were bent in so I had to try to pound them back out to shape, which isnt easy.
All in all, I would NEVER buy from them again. Period.

They never did make it right.
My story:
I called RPM outlet and asked them to verify that they had the product I wanted in stock and if they could priority ship it.(Dynatech Header System for Hemi) I was told that the rep was physically touching the box and it would be shipped that day. I waited about 3 days and received no status on delivery. I called and was told that not only did they not ship the product but they haven't even received their first shipment from the manufacturer. So they sold me a product they don't even have yet. I asked for my money back and they wouldn't give it to me without deducting for a 10% percent restocking fee. If someone can explain to me how you can charge a restocking fee on a product that, 1. you don't even have in stock and 2. you never shipped in the first place, I would be glad to hear it. Then 3 months later when I received the box I scheduled a shop to do the install. After the shop took my truck apart and tried to install the header system they relized that it was not the right one. I lost over $100.00 to get my truck put back together. I called RPM outlet and they said they would send me the correct one. I wait another month and get a small box with a weirdly bent pipe and that was all that came. I called RPM outlet again and they had no idea what it was that I had received and promised to send the correct header system again. Then I find out that they have charged my credit card again without authorization from me for $1,500.00 so now I have $3,000.00 in charges and still no headers. I finally received the right stuff about 6 months from the initial order. I then had them issue me a Fedex pickup sticker so I can ship the wrong system back. I waited a month or two and no credit on my card. So I called them and demanded my $1,500.00 credit. A month later I see a credit for $1,000.00 , so I call them and get a bunch of BS about restocking fees again and not being setup to do refunds correctly. So they had to take back the credit and were then supposed to send me a check. I waited a week and no check, so I called them again and they assured me it was in the mail. Another week goes by and still no check but a credit of $1,000.00 shows up on my card again. I went through this process 2 more times before I said screw it and just left it at a $1,000.00 credit for a $1,500.00 set of headers. I wasted a years worth of effort on these guys and it just wasn't worth it to keep playing around with them. I wish you luck if you decide to gamble on ordering any of your stuff from these clowns.
