Reworked Suspension (part one)
Well first off I'm probably doing the opposite of what most guys do when it comes to suspension. As most of you probably know I had a 3" Carli suspension on the truck with DT ProFab arms and King 2.5's valved by Thuren. I purchased all of the suspension stuff to make the truck perform excellent on rough roads because I used the truck A LOT for road travel for work. I'm not doing much travelling now and just decided to lift it back up for a change.
As it sits now I've put a 6" Fabtech lift on it and changed out the Rockstars to a set of black DC-1's. I left the Carli mini-packs in the rear to bring it up a little higher. This is part one of many because over the next couple months I'm putting on a set of Bilsteins, a set of long-arms, a spacer in the front to make it set level, and a bigger set of tires. I'll most likely go with 37's but I may throw on a body lift and run a set of 38's. The Fabtech kit is really nice so far. I've only got about a 1000 miles on it but it rides really smooth even with the crappy shocks.

Thanks guys.
That's what I plan to do because I like the ride of the Fabtech coils. I'm hoping to fit 38's without a body lift but if it looks too stuffed I'll either stick with 37's or put the body lift on and go with 38's.
I like them and would probably buy them again if they made them in 37's or 38's for an 18" wheel. They ride good and the mileage will be decent for a mud-terrain. At first I thought they were going to last forever but now that they are a little worn they seem to be going downhill fast.
