Hello , To be able to update your smarty ecm tuner. Please follow these guidelines.
Start by right clicking on your desktop to create a new folder. Rename the new folder smarty.
You will need to download the driver to the smarty folder. Save the driver to the smarty folder http://www.madselectronics.com/downl...DM_2.00.00.zip
You will need the smarty usb.exe This program allows you to update the smarty. Save this to the smart folder http://www.madselectronics.com/downl.../SmartyUSB.exe
The driver and the software programs need to be extracted into the smarty folder using THIS extraction tool. http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/s...2.exe?download
Here are the directions for installing the driver http://www.madselectronics.com/downl...stallation.pdf
Once you have the driver installed you can use the smarty usb.exe program to update the smarty software. Click on the smarty icon. Press run. You will now see a seen button. Before you hit the send button you need to load a program into the smarty usb.exe. Click on file. Open , look in the smarty folder to find the smte file to load into your smarty.
Load the file and press run. It will take about 25 minutes to update your smarty.
Thanks
Bob

Mines downloaded. Level 5, little bit of pressure, fuel economy timing, mild tq manangement, no wastegate. I'm hanging out with my kids today so I'm not going to be playing around very much.

Question for Bob or Marco
How much different is this new file S064.14ADR11s.7z than file 4.13ADR12S.7z?
I am curious to know before I try it as I have the 4.13. if there isn't a solid answer, no problem because this thing rocks.
thanks

They have received a lot of harassment from us over the last couple of weeks and I am sure it was nerve racking. Hopefully now Bob's E-mail server will quit smoking and he can sit down and enjoy a ice cold beer.

I would like to put moderate TM on level 3 with stock setting number 2 injection timing and maybe the moderate rail pressure setting? Would i have any problems with this with the mods in my sig?
Or would anyone have any other suggestions, I could handle mild tm level 5 (90 horse) no problem before on the 4.11 program. (Stock Clutch)

Just ran around the block.Power is real smooth.Have some timing rattle on timing 2.Gonna try 1 and 3 later.
Quick question on timing rattle. How much is too much?I definitely have it on timing 2.No rattling like somethings about to break but definitely audible in the cab.Is it safe to run like that or should I just put it on aftermarket injector and call it good.
