REVO setting ?s

Are Stock settings Smarty stock or Cummins stock?
Anybody use the Fuel economy setting on the Timing setting and what are the results?
What are you all finding to be the best for fuel economy?

SMARTY stock is the latest Chrysler program for that download.

Every truck seems to be different so experiment and find what works best for your vehicle. Since you have a stock tranny I would start with level 3, TM2, Timing 4 and try Rail Pressure 1 with the Wastegate disabled.

Are you referring to "stock settings" or "default settings" for the different parameters? (timing, rail pressure, wastegate, etc)

When I got my Smarty, I put #3 in first and within 10 minutes my clutch was slipping (doh). $1800 and a new clutch later (Con-OFE), it's great... I have the timing set to 4 (economy) and I'm up about 3 mpg. I'm going to try setting #5 soon.

I haven't tried disabling the wastegate, so I only get 30 psi... what would I get if I disable it? I know the turbo (HY35?) is only good to something like 35-40 before you risk damaging it... or rather, that's what I've read here on DTR.

Smarty question, whats the difference between the smarty 4.11 atermarket turbo stock injector sw and the current TNT? I am running sw 5, TQ4, RP1, T1 and It seems the 4.11 is stronger. I will try sw7 and sw 9 but I hope I don't starve the rail. Guess I need to play with it more. What are the HP ratings for each level, I know 230 is sw 9 so what is sw 5?

What are you seeing for rail pressure on your current settings? I made 521 hp on level 3, tm 3, rp 0, timing 2.. Thats on my other trucks (wifes) and my rail pressure was happy at that level. Went to level 5 and didn't really gain much. It was a mustang dyno and boost would only hit 40psi though.

That truck has a stage 2 floorit cp3. Not sure how that compares to your Arson.

Anybody else thinking their trucks run better witht the 4.11? I am starting to think that the lower settings work better for me on the TNT. SW5 is how much HP? Anyone.
