Relief Vavle question
Just wondering if there is any difference between an 05 and 03 relief valve. (higher pop off set) The reason I ask is a guy I know was having problems with his 03 and thought that it might be a relief valve. So I gave him mine to try, and that did nothing for his truck. Well he gave one back to me and it is not the same one I gave him so I am sure that mine is on his truck. I am not to worried about it, I just don't want to put this one on and have it for a lower rail pressure set. Because I was thinking that the 03-04 truck were lower rail pressure than the 04.5 and up trucks.
Any help would be great!
Thanks,
Dustin

While the 03-04 runs lower pressures overall (electronically controlled), the relief valve on the rail is set to the same overall pressure limit. IIRC around 28.5k psi.
