Thank you! It is getting there. Took the pics today and sent them to Heath @ RECON for their catalog. Hope they are good enough for it. It has been raining here pretty good and had to wash it between rain storms and ditch work to get the truck cleaned up and pics taken.

OK....so I make SLOW progress....but I simply HAVE to take care of honey-do issues at my wife's house in Annapolis!!

Back in VA....mounting issues (minor) have been resolved on an 07 for the smoked LED taillights.

All you need are the outer clips for an 02-06 and 1" screws.

The clip on the left is the 02-06, the other is the stock 07.



The light, with the rounder studs, is the 07.....the llight on the right is the RECON with the 02-06 studs. I found it MUCH easier to swap out the clips!!!









Wiring continues to be an issue I am working on with Heath. As an electrician, and almost any handy person can likely do....I could have these wired up in about 5 minutes. BUT...I'm trying to help find a nice way of doing it without cutting things off (no smart comments!!!). LOL!!!

I HAVE had the lights working with temporary jumpers.....and I am VERY impatient waiting to hook them up as I am trying to provide help to Heath.

I might bite the bullet and get them wired tonight or tomorrow night. I will post pics, of course.

BTW...two trips to Annapolis and the Big Rig lights have worked well....mainly changing lanes at dusk/night and turns.

Smoked LED taillights from RECON look and work great! I am typing up the install guide for Heath, along with a parts list of the little things I did to make the install a little cleaner. Mind you, I am an **** SOB.....out of the box the lights installed nicely, the only issue is due to the known wiring differences with the darn 07's!
