I really want to install the Smoke Recon lights on my 06black truck. The only problem is that if I go with the factory one's from D/C they come with a template, Recon doesn't. Does anyone one how the template the lend out? Also I did this when I had my 99 Dodge and I still have that template from D/C how far could they be between the 99 and 06? WOuld it work? Thanks.

Not sure if there is a difference......but I know Heath (at RECON) is about to have a template available. However long it takes to get from Virginia Beach to him.

There are plenty of people on the site that would probably be willing to give you a template-put an ad in the classifieds and ask there. Don't know the difference between the 2nd and 3rd gens though.

Where are you located? I have a buddy here in town that has the template and that is what we used to install my RECON lights. LOOKS KILLER!!
