AAM makes a long list of limited-slip and locking differentials: http://www.aam.com/technology/tech_prod_dl_diff.html . Unfortunately, according to a local supplier, they do not make them for the 11.5". If enough of us e-mail them requesting a locker, maybe they will begin making them. FYI the Powerwagon has the EL in the front and the GTL in the rear. I personally would prefer the GTL for the 11.5". Start e-mailing Shannon.Cronan@aam.com .

I'd prefer the EL (open diff is default .. as opposed to limited slip default like GTL) in the back.

I'd go for either but I'd prefer limited slip for the rear when disengaged. Sounds like it's just a demand issue as they could make them if there was the need. Same technology for the 10.5 used in the PowerWagon.

Maybe we should start a list of buyers? I know I'd buy a set in a heartbeat.

I'd be in for an AAM rear locker but it's more than the locker. Have to set up the electrical system also. I checked w/ my dealer recently about what it'd take to get the AAM EL front diff Powerwagon setup in my truck. They weren't interested in all the custom electric work that would be needed. I'm not good enough to do it myself. I'm sure the rear locker would be a similar situation.

It shouldn't be hard to wire up, hell. A relay and a switch is all that should be neccessary

The electrical should be super easy. I'm assuming it just needs 12V constant for locking, and no voltage opens it. A relay and switch is pretty trivial.

Eeek. Grinding is bad. I'll wait for the AAM drop in.
