It looks like a good pump to me. I'd say go ahead and do it.

Has a built in regulator and would be a great aftermarket replacement for those not looking for Air separation, etc. If you want fuel/air separation go with an Airdog or a Fass.

???

Hey with the "no return line" mean that no more heated fuel tank after some running time? How would this work with running in Alaska when it's -20 or -30. And maybe #2 fuel. Anyone have experience with this?? This is on a 24v 98.5 but assume it transfers here? Curious as to what I have to do.

You still have the return line coming from the motor back to the tank... What was meant was teh pump itself does not have a seperate return line as the full air separation and filter units do.

I lost my lift pump a month ago and had the 100 installed and it is great. I can barely hear it at start up then I never hear it again unless you are next to it. It is very quiet compared to a Fass. My buddies 150 Fass you can hear it cycling in and out all the time even on the interstate. Raptor is a good choice. Tried and true with me. later

I love mine. I have zero issues or problems with it. Easy to install.
