Rancho RS5000 vs Stock
I am looking to upgrade my shocks at 11k miles. I would love to get Bilsteins but I can't afford them now. I found a really good deal on a set of RanchoRS5000. Is there any noticeable difference in the 5000 over stock? I have a 2wd and pull a rather large 5th wheel. Looking for something to smooth out the jolts and manage the roll (yes, I know it is a HD truck). Thanks.

If you pull heavy I don't think the rs5000's are the right choice. You would be better off buying the rear shocks first and waiting until you had enough money for the fronts. You are going to kick yourself for not waiting for the right shock. Just my .02

The Bilsteins are still better overall because they will be valved for just your truck and application.
