quick DD clutch install question?
does the new flywheel on a DD clutch bolt right to the crank with NO spacers??
do I remove the plate that bolts to the crank and then bolts to old DMF??
I will try and get a pic...

Mark with mine it came with a spacer to go behide the flywheel, but we did another fellas and had to use the flex plate lookin thinger that was behind the DMF as his spacer!

I am installing a HMR street drag...
the instructions dont say nothing about it..to me it looks like I would NOT use it..but I wanna make sure BEFORE I put it all back together...

If u can, hold the flywheel up to the crank and run the bolts in, if they bottom out and need to go in farther then id say u probably need it, but if they dont bottom out then id say u dont need it!

Mark I'm not sure on the thickness of Haisley setup but south bend gives you a spacer to go behind the flywheel along with new bolts that get torqued to 40ft/lbs I believe. Hop this helps

45ft/lbs is the pressure plate bolts, and the flywheel is 90-100ft/lbs. I took mine to 100ft/lbs.

Not sure. But it some how has to loop back to the cooling sytem some how. Lazersmith has a system that he has created to not allow the pulgs from blowing due to The high pressure of the cooling system at higher R's
