Quardzilla fuel pressure senders
Whats the word on the new and improved heavy duty Quardzilla fuel pressure senders? Are they done testing them yet?
Their testing should involve hiting them with a hammer a few times, that will simulate the vibrations these engines put out.

I think they gave up on it. When I called about 6 weeks ago they had me go to some other website and order a unit (that they gave me the part # for).. IT arrived and it was an ISSPRO 0-100psi unit that was obviously not calibrated for the Rail pressure gauge I had. It was reading about 9-12 psi .. I put a different gauge and it was at 40. I gave up on the low pressure side of that product after that.

When I ordered my Commander, my dealer told me to not but the old/currently available version.
He told me to wait and buy the new FP kit, which I was told will be released during the first week of July.........

Thanks for the info. This will be my 4th. replacement, hope it works this time. I've paid them extra for another 1 year warranty and for the last super heavy duty sensor and still broken.

It's the fuel pressure sender that is kind of goldish. Sometimes it will read OK and sometimes it will jump all over the place, 2,7,14,3,15,2,7,8,1,4,13, it never stops for a second, but it will never read more than my real fuel pressure that is 19psi. Sometimes, like today, it was right on all the way to work, last night on the way home it was jumping all over.
Like I said, this will be my 4th replacement. When talking to them, they said the Cummins is too hard on the senders, too much knocking and banging going on, they work fine on Fords & Chevy's.
Yes, where is Quad?

So just to clarify is it the CCSFPKIT40 that everyone is having trouble with?
