I am with dodgezilla04 on this one. I have had the XZT box on my truck for over a year now. I bought the new Commander to go with it only to find out my older box would not work with it. I called and spoke to Roark at Quad and he was very helpful and said to send it back and they would update the box and install the plug for the Commander. I sent it back last Friday and I will get it back today updated and with the connection for the Commander. I have called and left a message when I have a question and Roark or Jeremy have always returned my calls. Customer support like that is hard to come by now days.
