Quadzilla Fuel Pressure
Anyone got the word yet on how they are working?
Sorry if I missed it, been away for a week.
Mine is still moving but not as bad as before. It only moves back and forth between 3-4 numbers.

At idle, 10,11,12,13,14,10,11,12,13,14,10,11,12,13,14,etc. it never stops. When driving, something the same, moving from low to high between 4 or 5 numbers, but never dropping to zero like it did before. I made a call to Quad customer support and was told there will be a update for the Commander to slow it down. Looks like very few of us are having this problem, figures, I'd get one that's defective.

Well it plugs into the rail pressure sensor and the MAP sensor, so it probably does a little of both. It may not increase the highest pressure it may just increase pressure sooner in the RPM range.

That is still the case if you choose to go the transducer route for measuring FP. It seems Quad came out with a software update after the fact that you can dowload yourself that is supposed to help stabilize the pressure readings and prevent the reading from constantly fluctuating (annoying) - but that is all this particular update does.

well it IS digital, and small fluctuations are going to be normal, even on an analog guage. it would be more noticable on a digital display though. the question is how much fluctuation are you seeing and are you sure there's no problems with the regulator or bypass valve, fuel lines, etc?
