You should be fine with that chip. It's all how "you" drive. I mean you can take a 16 year old and destroy a truck in a week that's stock, however have someone drives a race car and make it last a year with taking care of it. If you want millage and drive the truck with that in mind, you'll have more power, get a bit better millage and all that. If you floor it off every single red light, have to race guys when your towing, and all that (if you do it sometimes you'll be fine) but all the time yes you'll tear up your truck and tranny. My dad has a 99 cummins (believe the 46/47RE or RH (hydrolic lock up)) with an Edge ez (60hp/120lbs) and he has 80,000 miles on it and just now is he noticing some slipping of the tranny. And he ONLY uses his truck to tow, so those 80,000 miles are all towing, so if you only tow 50/50 you'll be fine. Like I said my dad wants to upgrade the tranny anyway, but with the ZXT you'll be fine.
I forgot to look at your sig, but you should look at a EGT gauge as well. Since you'll be towing a bit of weight you will want to keep an eye on this, when to downshift, ect.
