It's all good guys, anyone thinking of buying a quad box, don't be scared.

I recently got my Box back from Quad after they did an update to a newer version program that hooks up to the TPS sensor instead of the data port on the Cummins Ecm. I had no complaints after a year using the origional program but Quad offered to update to the newer version for me.

My first tank of fuel after getting the box back was the lowest in a long time 12mpg I'm not complaining because I drove all week in the 130hp setting. The box has way more low end now and super fast spool up IMO. Turbo lag in the higher settings is non-exsistant.

I'll need new tires much sooner now and my torque convertor has definatley started to slip in lock up mode at higher speeds. EGT's seem the same as the old version topping out over 1500 degrees on a full throttle 1/4 mile run.

This truck is just too awesome. I beat the he!! out of it and it just asks for more Trans upgrades will have to be next. Great Job Quad!
