33 with the quad on? With the box on you should be getting close to 39 with the box on zero, because it is essentially only boost fooling at that point, with the box on the higher settings you should be seeing 40-45psi with the addtional fueling from what I understand.

Which wire do you have tapped to the commander? The dark blue or light blue? If you leave it tapped to the stock wire, it will only see stock numbers as the quad box does not allow the true readings to be seen by the ecm. Make sure you are on the wire of the quad harness that is connected directly to the map sensor.

I'm connected to the blue wire on the Quad Map sensor.

Sounds like you are having similar problems to me. I will post what my fuel numbers are once I get the kit on. My boost is low as well.

If my numbers are low too, I am gonna try and get the dealer to replace the pump, if they won't Its GDP time!

Make sure you are on the dark blue wire which should be in the plug going into the factory sensor.

Also make certain that you select your vehicle under the setup menu.

Well, kit is on and done, by the way it is a very easy install.

No teflon tape on the sender, no leaks, 3-4psi at idle.

I didn't get on it too hard, but it did draw down to 2psi and then down to 1psi for a short period at WOT.

Rail is similar, about 6500 at idle.

My 05 is the same,
I get about 3 PSI all the time for fuel, some times 4 PSI, but I boost 40 ish PSI.
Anyway to tell if the sender is bad?
I already removed the tape on it, and had no change.

Thats wierd, I haven't tested my FP with the race box on, I am gonna wait till the dealer does the flow test on monday to put the box back on.

Does your FP draw down at all at WOT, even on level 3?

I have not had a good strech to play with it, but on level 2, it would bring it down to 2 for a 1/2 sec, but then back to 3.
I set a warning to come up if it goes to 1.

I just got it installed. Did the new pump kit lastnight and then did the big line + filter this morning. I have the Quad fuel pressure sender hooked up to the supplied tee from Glacier. It's in between the "out" portion on the new filter and the intake of the cp3. My fuel pressure is ZERO. So, I'm on my way to Napa right now to pick up a new fuel pressure sending unit. I'll post my results in about half an hour.

Thats weird, did the truck start? Did you bleed the lines of all the air, etc?

I just put my race box back on and before 30mph on level 3 the FP was at 0

Not 1 or 2 ..... 0

Guess that would explain the lack of boost.

Quad I sent you a PM

This is as good a place as any to ask! On the Quad Commander Fuel Press kit, is it possible to read Rail Press without a box? I got the instructions from Roark at Quadzilla for the Fuel Press Kit, but it says for Rail Press, tap into green wire on the Xillaraider's wiring harness. If I'm running the Commander as a stand-alone gauge, where do I tap for Rail Press?

Just tap the middle wire coming off the fuel rail sensor, it reads just fine.
