pyro temps weird
i got a new outlook and BDDL and now i have the power i want, but i did not pull or replace the pyro sending deal that is mounted in my exhaust. i towed a 19ft fiberglass boat last nite and it was runnin 400* runnin down the road, and hit 803* at WOT in the tow mode. this really doesnt seem right. ALSO if i get into it for any extended period of time, the pyro readings go to 0 until i get off the go pedal. should i try to get a new pyro sending unit from the local shop? if its not one thing its another huh. what kind of temps are you guys who run the outlook seeing post turbo? thanks

sounds like your pryo sensor is shot. I have a similar problem on a 03. The egt's were going from 0 to 1400 at idle, then driving down the road it would read 200. We changed the pryo sensor and the problem went away.
