I have been wondering where would be the better place to install my egt?? I was wondering how much difference the temp there would be from the turbo down pipe(adapter down to the exhaust) and actually putting it in the exhaust manifold?? GO DALE JR. !!

 

Best place to put it is in the manifold between #5 and #6. The temp difference between there and post turbo is 200* - 400*. It is not linear.

How much difference if I installed it in my exhaust pipe??
