I was wondering the same thing, one has a different first year, the other has a dfifferent last year, but they both contain 05 and 06.
One thing though you realize that is MODERATE TM, not MILD? Be careful with that on stock clutch. The programmer comes with MILD from the "factory" and is safe to #5 supposedly on the stock clutch. Who knows what is safe with MODERATE TM?

Smarty Versions
I was told by Marco that they are basically the same software. The "36" means 03 to 06. The "47" means 04 to 07. Minor differences for the ECMs in the later years. I have used them both and found no difference in my 05.

They should both be the same as stated above. Just load the 47 version and if you go as high as #5 take it easy on the clutch until you get a feel for the low end fueling(power) with the Moderate TM.

Either will work on your truck, no difference...i use the 47 version on my 06, but it doesnt matter....
Moderate will be harder on the stock trans and the aftermarket turbo fuels harder and has boost fooling....i'd start with the mild, not aftermarket turbo and see how you like it, then move to the mild, aftermarket turbo....then if you're feeling sporty move to the moderate......for stock trans, i'd stick with mild, level 5....maybe level 7 if your more risk adverse than myself
