Problem w/ turbo oil return line on 03 w/ Silverbullet

Hey I just got off the phone with II and they couldnt help me very much other then sudguesting I update to a newer style oild line.

Anyways I have an early 03 I guess that uses a hard line out of the turbo and then a small 4" pice of rubber hose that clamps onto a nipple in the block. So now after the turbo is in the hard line and the nipple are off and to the side. I bought a longer pice of hose but its too much at and angle creased the hose so I cut about 2" off the hard line to alleavate the bend but it still bends.

I called many many hose suppliers looking for a silicone hose with a 90' bend in it but no one seems to make them.

II told me that they have heard of this problem along time ago but couldnt remember and thought they used the updated line off an 04 but I dont think my block is tapped where the nipple is.

Has anyone else heard of this or can offer some help for me.

Thanks

Where is the number located(on the block im assuming, but where?)
I can take a quick glance in a sec on my '05(hopefully I can see it with a flashlight)

If not, maybe a braided line, or similar if there are any local performance shops or maybe a NAPA might have one.....
Braided line and a 90* fitting or two should do it....

Good words, since turbo oil returns are *gravity fed* you need a downhill run and as big a hose as practical. Some braided line will hold up under the heat very well.
