mine are fine... have about 15k on them, rotate them every oil change which is almost 10k, im about to rotate them within the next couple weeks, eventhough its been 5k. i want to keep them awhile. with 15k on them, they still ride nice, handle great, and they are wearing alright. the tire itself has a tendency to cup, no matter what psi you run them at. mine are slightly cupped, but its not that noticeable.. i would buy them again. if i play my cards right ill get 25k out of them.

XAT's all the way. I will never switch back to anything as long as this tire is made.

I have 35x13.5'sx18 on my small 04.5 and 37x13.5'sx17 on my big 04.

Hey guys,
Well I screwed up my wife's tires are Xterrains not Xtreme a.t.'s.
Sorry! But they still aren't very good in the rain and are noisy. You can hear her coming down the road about 2 mins before she gets here. I'll take a reg AT any day for the type and amount of driving that I do. The Xterrains do look tough though.

I've ran ProComps for at least 15 years on several different trucks. All of them have been Xtrerrains though and not the AT's.

The reason I've ran them so long is because they're are a very quality tire that works well in all conditions. IMO, they aren't loud at all but, if compared to a stock tire... of course they'll be louder.

I race with my 37's which BTW are " E " rated tires. If anyone has seen videos of my truck, you've seen the several burn outs I've done with them also. There have never been chunks missing from doing that or for any other reason.

Now if you want a cheap very poor thread wear tire... just go get yourself some Nitto Grapplers I put a set on my work van less than a year ago and the thread is about gone. They had very poor traction in the sand and/or rain. Keeping in mind my work van is 4x4 and doesn't have near the power my truck does. I couldn't imagine having them on my truck.

Ok, I just wanted to relay my $.02 about ProComp. IMO, they're one of the best wearing and priced tires out there.
I've got 42000+ on my Nittos with great tread wear and zero complaints. I could probably only squeeze about 5000 more out of them highway only. Pretty good for a tire that everybody bags on all the time. I'd get it again but ProComp is offering up that buy 3 get 1 free deal. I'm morally torn.

I don't write the news, only report what's already written. I don't have an opinion either way.

i think the only current pro comp tire recall is on their A/T's, in size 265/75R16 only.

I've got the 305/70/17 xtreme A/T's and love them. I travel a lot of gravel roads, and they are holding up great. I will be getting another set for sure.

You don't accually get one free. They inflate the price a bit before the sale but it's still cheaper than 4 at the regular price.

Pro Comp

This will be my 3rd set going on my truck, I run the All Terrains and have gotten over 80 000kms per set, first set was 89 000kms. I'm sold on them, and like stated they work in all conditions.

I have a set of the MT's and have loved them. I will be going with the Extreme AT's this nest time. They are a good looking tire and not as aggressive as the MT. I have gotten 30k out of my MT and probably have about 10-15k left on them. They are D rated.
