I just got done installing a 6" system on my employees Ferd.. Really easy Took about 6 hours and another 2 the next day to tighten and put the double shock stabilizer on.. Don't know about the Dodge's but shouldn't be that tuff..
Depending on your backspacing you will probably clear those tires but will have to do some minor trimming..

You should be OK with clearing those. But you have to get the rim width and backspacing right. I have pics in my gallery of my rockstars, they will be on by Friday night. I decided to run a Toyo M/T 35x12.50/20 with a 4.5 Superlift and Bilsteens. I can easily clear 37s, but had to go with the 35's this time due to the cost. I am running an 8.5" (wide) Rockstar with 5.14" of backsapcing and a 10mm offset. Next time I get tires it will be a 37.
EDIT: Just noticed that is a 3500 dually, i dont know how that would work out, running a 13.50" wide tire on the dual rears.

Check out my photos
Check my pics out, I have a similar set up to you and I get no rub lock to lock. The store told my I could go 37" tires but I didnt want to go bigger than 35". Even with 35" there are a couple of places that get close but no rub at all, I would have rubbed with the 37s.
