I don't know what you mean by multiple gear lockup but if I flip my lockup switch the converter instantly locks in 2nd gear and stays locked all the way into od.
My dtt is a single and they mainly market the single. The only time they recommend the triple is for the extreme sled pullers and drag racers. Not starting a war just giving you some more information.

There's always enough of a war in DTT's forums anyways.
I like the idea of a single disc myself. Correct me if I'm wrong though, but DTT will not just sell you parts. You have to have them installed by one of their selected dealers.
We seem to have gotten off valve bodies, but oh well. So long as I learn something I don't care about staying on topic

I think that they used to be stickier, but DTT will do parts. I went to them not too long ago to fully build a partially built tranny that let go. I was able to get all the individual pieces that I did not do the first time. They were very helpfull and really wanted to get the truck to perform properly for my application.
