PPE Dyno Video LOL!!!

The latest trick is the dyno in the Denver area they play on. It is about 5000 feet. They use a correction factor of 15 to 20%.
I have seen some dirty tricks but the SAE correction factor of 18% average is nonsense.
So, the 600 HP is "padded" 18%. 600 / 1.18 = 508HP. The reality is...its closer to 500 than 600.
About the only way to make 600 HP from a stock nozzle is to have over 40,000 PSI of rail pressure

I can't help but notice you keep refering to DonM and Scotty in deroggatory terms . It's usually NOT a good idea to refer to 2 sponsors of this site with such childish and ignorant remarks. I simply cannot believe you would handle yourself in such a way, I just can't. You should really bow your head in shame, and realize how much business has been lost.
My condolences to your family.

[So you say your injectors are the bomb well why is it that 2 trucks both black both of which i have on video. one has your injectors with tst and edge, and then u have mine with six gun and ppe and extrude honed injectors why would u think that i dyno'd 20 hp higher then him. (sorry mike)
Moolie, moolie, moolie, yes I admit that you got me by 20hp but didnt I get you by over a 100 ft lbs of torque

Pacific promised to send me dyno info several times, and never came through. I finally decided I would not deal with a company that chose to ignore me. Hell If they ignore you before the sale, How much support will you get after the sale??? And then they told me I could read all about it in Four Wheel & Off Road mag. That never happened either!!!! They claim 270 at the flywheel But dont supply any documentation.

Mike, can you share the TST/EZ settings you used to get the dyno numbers in your signature? I know you have flux and I'd really like to see what box settings worked best with them. That would be great.
What would really be interesting is if we could see the EGT numbers that you and moolie reached during those runs. I have seen the TST, DD3 100hp honed injectors, and twins make 600hp on more than one occasion. It can be done fairly easy with honed injectors, but the limiting factor seems to be EGTs hit 1800*F within a few seconds on a 600hp run. It is a matter of obtainable vs sustainable. Does no good to have it if you can't hold it for a 1/4 mile run without melting something. The DD3s supposedly add 200*F to 300*F to your EGTs at WOT, where as the EDMs are suppose to reduce your EGTs by 200*F to 300*F at WOT. Since we have two similarly equipped trucks (same turbo) with different injectors (DD3s vs Flux) laying down big numbers within 20hp of each other, I sure would like to see what both of your EGTs were during those runs. Can you post them?

HI Guys, did you miss me while I was gone?
It seems some have still not learned how to play well with others.

AK my best dyno run so far was with the EZ completely out of the loop and TST on level 5X5, I actually lost hp with the EZ plugged in but it was at the end of a long day so I did not get to try all the different levels; but if I rtemember right my egt's on my best run spiked at about 1600 with my single charger moolies egt's went through the roof, I do not remember exactly how high but I remember he pegged his gage. Another noticable difference in our runs that with his 3 chips stacked he made very little smoke and my truck could still shut down any major highway . I will see if I can find my notes that I was taking during each run and post them. Mike

Wow, that is really surprising. It almost sounds like you may be running the TST Twins Program instead of the standard program. Are you?
I'm running flux tips as well, twin turbos, and the standard TST program. 5/5 is OK. 6/6 is better. 7/7 just pulls like a freight train and I can't hit 1200*F. I ventured to 8/7 and 9/7 briefly. 8/7 feels stronger than 7/7, but couldn't stay in it long enough at the time I was trying it. 9/7 didn't work. Boost shot up to near 60, then came down to 40, hot real hot (1686*F), and the truck was not making good power, so I just stopped. Got to figure out what happened there. If boost would have stayed up it probably would have been OK, but for whatever reason it dropped, 9/7 with only 40lbs of boost will account for the 1686*F I think.

Yes I am running the twins program and like it much better than the standard program, anything over 5x5 on my tst and I just run out of air to burn the fuel, but it does spool this big single nicely. My DTT twins got delayed again until mid next week ; I cannot wait until I can turn the TST up to 9x9 with the ez and just feel the raw torque . What is your best dyno run with the twins??

Yep, The twins program is mean. I have found that this program gives as much fuel at 4/4 as the standard program does at 9/9. This may mean the Twins program is tapped at level 4/4 or 5/5 no matter how many turbos are hanging off the engine.
Mike, With your twins you shoud be able to pick up about 60 or more HP. Im vert familiar with the turbos used
AK, You should have access to all levels of the TST. I found zero damage to those injectors. Did you have a pressure increasing box in use? If so, how long?
