Right now I am experiencing some fitment issues with the cooling line bracket and hose.
Also it now looks like the Banks High Ram will not fit with the cooling bracket in place...
So basically for right now I am going to plan B:
1. Either "make" this system work IE more Hilljack engineering.
2. Or I can go the Duramax pump route and hopefully everything mounts up.
TBC.....

Justin is the conflict up or down or left or right....can't do too much with left or right....up or down....easier.....Do you have the replacement spacer for the grid heater in there now or the grid heater block? This is where the air die grinder and bending tools get their work out. Good Luck. ks

Kerry,
The intake will not fit PERIOD with the bracket in place. I can accept that at this point.
BUT the major issue is that the cooling bracket when torqued will not reach far enough over for the radiator hose that is supplied to link up with the radiator.

Yeah, I might post some pics....
My plan of attack right now is:
1. Contact PPE and ask them about modfying the system and their thoughts since it clearly does not mount up right.
2. If I get "permission" to modify the system then I will probably clearance the bracket with a grinder or whatever and then the problem should be somewhat solved.
I'll keep you guys posted of this drama as it unfolds....

why did you opt for the Dodge cp3 instead of the d-max cp3????
would this kit bolt right on if you had gone with the d-max cp3???
just trying to understand why you went this route....
is the dodge cp3 better in some way???

The Dodge pump is not better or worse than the Dmax pump.
With the Dmax setup it should bolt right up at least on paper but I still would have had the problem with the technicooler high ram clearance either way since those cooling brackets are the same (not their problem though).
It was supposed to bolt right up with the Dodge pump on top also!
I assume PPE was forced to engineer a Dodge CP3 kit because of several who would not purchase without being able to use a Dodge pump as the secondary.
Maybe it was a mistake not to go with their original engineered Dmax as secondary pump kit.
Oh well, kinda too late now. I'll wait and see what PPE has to say about it. I might have to end up buying a DMAX pump....

Well today I had about an hours worth of time to get outside and bang things up a bit. I was able to cut the bracket support on one side to alleviate the fuel line interference.
It worked. It still needs a little bit of finishing and some final touches but I think this project will come together.
Now my next issue is getting the stock intake to work again. I have ordered a 3" to 3.5" silicone boot from intakehoses.com to cure that issue (hopefully it does!).

Get an "smaller" intake from Glacier...the banks is too big headed to fit in there. LOL
Julius is having a space issure under the hood too cause of that Banks chunk.
