Power pup stuck in Extreme "UPDATE"
I have the Outlook monitor also, the other night I downloaded the Extreme program everything was fine I have to unplug my Outlook from the OBDII to hook up the Pup but when I hooked the Outlook back up I accidently set the Outlook to 03-05 Dodge with Triple dog instead of 03-05 Dodge with other and started it then I realized that the power level said extreme instead of the normal 100% so I adjusted it up and down no change to the way the truck ran so I turned the truck off and reset the Outlook to 03-05 Dodge with other and all was fine until today I went to change my program back to perfromance with the Pup and now I get a vin mismatch. I called Bully Dog and the first guy I talked to said there was nothing he could do because I didnt buy the Pup new so I tryed a few different things didnt help so I called back and talked to Al at Bully Dog tech support and he is going to have them make me a new file to download to the Pup and see if that works, if not I guess im SOL. Oh and I missed a truck pull due to all this

We need to raise hell with BullyDog.
I know I will I have spent many dollars with that company and I am not going to be on the losing end of things.
I would be happy if they would just fix my downloader RIGHT THIS TIME!!

Guys, it could be worse, you could be stuck in stock mode. I hope it all works out.....I'm hoping when all my mods are done I don't need a downloader.....we'll see. KS

(you have to penetrate the first line of phone helpers - think they are local high school kids?)
the guy i talked to e-mailed me a program that reloaded the whole downloader, no problems.
keep poking them, they WILL fix it...

Well after a long weekend the guys at Bully Dog tech support got me going today it took a few hours of phone tag but once we got everything together and got the new recovery file sent they stayed on the line with me the whole way until my truck was back to normal, so if you have any problems with your programers Al or Gary are the guys you want to talk to at tech support.

I look at is this way I would rather have something that has its know problems and they have great customer service than to have something that doesnt have many problems but there customer service is crap.
