Bigger wheels generally means more weight. If this is the case, then your braking is going to suffer whilst trying slow down all that rotating mass. On smaller cars/trucks, the heavier/bigger wheels will hurt acceleration as well. I doubt that would come into play though with our trucks. I'd be willing to bet you notice a difference in braking though.
