I also have 2.5" spacers....04.5 4x2 no problems yet.....did go with longer shocks..mounting 285/75s tomorrow

I sure do want bigger tires but a week before the spacers went in a set of stock tires went on.

I put a 2" leveling kit on my 2006 4X4. Did all of you that did the leveling kit get alignments?

Yes. You have to get the alignment done after the install or you will eat your tires alive. I also heard that I should get another alignment after 4-6 months when the kit sets in a little more.....

Makes me want to switch to the 2.5". I went with the 1.5" and am NOT happy at all, heres a pic, I can't hardly tell it lifted it.

The 2.5 did a very good job of making it level. I am happy with mine... now I just need to figure out why the truck shakes like crazy when I hit 45-65 mph..... Do the tires need balancing? The Truck tracks well so I dont think its the alignment.....

I don't see how you guys run a 2.5 inch leveling kit.. The last kit we did for a customer was not good.. Major problems.. Control arms where to short , Never could get the alignment right.. Looking at the Daystar catalog it only shows a 1 inch,1.5 and a 2.5 for 2wd trucks.. Am I missing something here?
