I have the 1.5 leveling kit. The truck is almost level but not quite. Have 40,000 miles on kit and tires with no unusual tire wear. You will have to get an alignment. If you get the 2.5 leveling kit you will need longer shocks, don't know about the a-arms. There are no blocks to flip on the leaf springs on a 2006 and later.

The truck sits perfectly level with the 2.5" kit. The pictures I have in my gallery show the tape to prove it. I put the kit on and took the pictures prior to the bag installation. The bags give the truck a decent rake. If the bags have 65+lbs the rear is all jacked up. I usually ride with around 30 lbs to give the truck a rake.

I need to add some more pics to my gallery now that the truck has 285/75s on it now. There are some better pictures here - http://good-times.webshots.com/album/561008331IFZyGV

My truck is lowered but the way my exhaust sits is too low but i like the way the exhaust looks so im going to raise the back up and level it the other way! Its the story of my life with my cars, back and forth back and forth!

leonesm, i wonder if you not needing shocks has anything to do with yours being a 3500? Is there any difference in the suspension from the 2500 to the 3500?

Well I put the kit in yesterday and the truck looks great!!! However... and theres always one of those..... I had the alignment done by someone who uses the Laser alignment which is suppose to be the best and yet driving down the highway at about 65mph the truck starts to vibrate terribly. Could this be that the tires are out of balance? I had them rotate the tires because I had a very slight vibration before the kit was installed and now its extemely noticable. Any Ideas on this one?

I went with the 2.5 Daystar and the ride is pretty good. I didnt need to do new shocks or springs. All the stock suspension stays with this kit and it looks great......

I've had the same issues with my terra grapplers, rotate them and they go out of whack. Now I have to rebalance the tires before I rotate. That should be the issue, the kit shouldn't make it shake at all....
