37's will fit on a stock truck with stock wheels.. Looks awesome if I say so myself. I want the thuren "leveling kit" and longer control arms but I can't seem to come off the money.

Am I alone in not liking the stock wheels? Something about them being a plastic cover just doesn't sit right with me.

I'd prefer something aftermarket.

I need to do some digging, but does anyone have a list of wheels already that are available in the proper sizing and backspace? Or a listing of Load Range E 37x12.5 tires?

Not all the stock wheels are plastic covered "chrome clad"... Mine is a DRW so I don't have much choice if I want to rotate the tires without breaking them down.

For my own reference later:
Factory alloys are 17x8 with a 6.25" backspace.

I posted pics of my truck over at the playground.

Topgunz makes the 1/2 longer control arms for a good price last time I checked.

With the 3 inch lift I'd add some extra lift to the rear.

Your thread on AP.... The "site that shouldn't be mentioned", the "other site", etc
Shows backspacing, how you need 1/2 longer control arms, what a 2 inch lift looks like, etc.

how's the ride? what did the cost end up being? i think i am going with the top gunz arms also and possibly their ajustible track bar.

i just can't decide between kore's hd system and carli's starter system. leaning towards kore because i have heard that they hold up to heavy bumper and winch.

Do yourself a favor and call Carli and Thuren before you lay down any cash. They will provide you with EXACTLY what you need or want with customer service second to none.
