The pod is designed for the 03. It will not fit well on the 04. The 03 factory A-pillar has a rubber molding along the windshield - the edge of the gauge pod slides under that molding. The 04 does not have this molding so the edge of the pod is exposed - looks terrible.

Di Pricol gauges look great! They are the ONLY company that spent the time and money designing a gauge that specifically matches the Dodge factory gauges. People complain about the brightness of one gauge? You can adjust the brightness w/ the depth of bulb and dimmer. Some folks have stated that a Di Pricol gauge is too bright so they buy another brand that does not match the factory gauges at all If you are picky about the looks of your ride (which I am) - why not buy gauges that match best?

Thanks for the info. I have the '03 so it sounds like it won't be a problem.

Does anyone have a picture of a DiPricol white face gauge lit up at night?

I think TST does. they look good. If you buy only one gauge, make it EGT. But I would say especially for the 600s (ECM controlled wastegate, capable of higher boost pressures) you need a boost gauge too. Boost also helps you know what kind of power your engine is delivering, and you can use it to influence your driving if you're interested in fuel economy. Boost is also an important diagnostic parameter when you take a stock truck beyond its design point -- you'll want to measure boost especially if you put in a boost elbow , and in any case its an important way to keep track of how the turbo is doing, and if it is within its efficiency map.

and if you go over 400 HP you need fuel pressure, from what I've been reading. not required for just EZ fueling.

Has anyone that had the westatch combo on order received them yet or had a chance to do the install. Like Hoss said, I'm wondering how the SRT pillar fits on the 04.5 truck. I'm killing myself over this thing trying to figure out the best option. I know, it should be such a tough decision.

Buzzer, have you drilled your pyro yet. If so, how did it work out. I may have to see your setup since you are the closest one to me. That is still the combo I am leaning towards if the A-Pillar fits well.

Hoss has been asking all of the questions regarding gagues that I've been wanting to ask. Thanks, you are saving me alot of typing.

Johnny, glad I could save you the typing. I'm just trying to gather information so I can make an informed decision.

Right now I'm pretty much going with the following:

If I get both boost AND EGT gauges then I'm going to get the DiPricol gauges mounted in a steering column mounted dual pod. If I get only the EGT gauge then I'm going to get the DiPricol guage in the SRT-10 A pillar. I'm just trying to decide if I want a boost gauge or not....and at this point I'm thinking yes.

JRG, that gauge looks great. Very close match to factory. I wish I didnt want a boost gauge. Maybe I'll put it on the passenger A-pillar and ask the wife to give me readings.

Nice pics...I will be installing my SRT pillar and EGT guage tomorrow. What did you guys tap into for the guage's main positive lead?

It doesn't need a main positive, just the orange with white wire coming off the headlight switch for the lighting.

Notice the matching rubber molding along the windshield in the picture - the 04's do not have this. So, if the SRT-10 pod comes w/ this molding, then you would need to purchase one (for an 03) for the passenger side to match them up.
