Pictures of my Single 6" stack

Well here are the pics I promised. This was about 2 weeks ago but I havnt had time to get any better pics.

Someone call child services. He thinks at 11 hes ready for a job. So I got him one of my work shirts in his size and handed him a sawzall. He loved it.

You should give him some safety glasses to wear though! I love to see young kids involved in mechanical projects! It teaches them alot!

stack is just right looks good. the clamps to guide the sawzall is a good idea never thought of that. he will learn stuff by helping you work on stuff and doing it hands on thats good. I learned on my own to do the stuff wish I had some teachers.

looks good... but i think if you're going to go single stack you need to to a turn out faced toward the passenger side and slid over closer to the side of the bed but thats just my $0.02....Still looks cool though and i agree i like the unchromed look also

Thanks for the nice comments guys, its a work in progress.

Yeah I suppose saftey glasses would be a good idea just to train him to use them but with a saw block on the pipe it is virtually impossible to have the metal shavings go up.

I do really like the Pro Comp MT's, no problems yet amd look better than any other mud terrain I have ever tried.

Like most exhaust though after a few weeks of runnin at highway speeds stack has turned mostly a gold annadized color. It looks good though and if I wanna look shineyonce in a while it only takes a few seconds with the scotchbrite. Thats the beauty of stainless boys.

Im still fighting the drone while pulling the trailer, and I have gained a new respect for the lower settings in the smarty. That thing smokes like crazy on 9.

I suppose I should get it closer to the passenger side but I have some plans for a fuel container and that would cut into my space to stick more stainless fittings in the bed. If I have to haul tools around in the bed too many more times i might extend it about 4'. Boy that'd look cool.

Ive thought hard about putting some stacks in my truck but the drone bothers me now with 5" exhaust. If I can find someone to build me a nice kit with a 5" y pipe or box I might go for it.

not a big fan of the stack in the middle of the bed unless it's a compeition vehicle... if I'm gonna give up bed space, I'll go dual stacks.

don't get me wrong, it looks decent, I just prefer single stacks to be on the pass side

I think its the perfect height IMO...

I dont like stacks sticking a foot or two above the cab. I know several people do it to avoid smoke on trailers/loads, but still id sacrifice some cleanliness for aesthetics... Dead even to 1-2" above the cab is the perfect height...
