yall are crazy, those new style flares are the sweetest looking duallies ive ever seen!
I think its factory. At the dealers around here, theres mostly just those types of beds, even on the mega cabs. I have seen a few on the lots though of the ugly ones that everybody including myself hates.

It's a Kelderman truck, but it ain't no longbed. The fuel filler door on my longbed dually is in front of the flair.
