Parnelli Jones Dirt Grips
I would like some first hand experieces/opinions with the tires...the search function was tough going. I know one member has 35's on a maroon 3rd gen with a kore set up for a while now. Well if he drives like I do..a while.
I am looking at the 37x12.5x17...
Thanks in advance for wear and noise opinions. My BFG MT's are near the end at 60k. I am trying to find a reason to not get another set...

we looked into them, we spoke to a few people, and learned that 50k was a maximum for tread life...one guy used his truck for a 60mile daily drive and one trip to florida and only got 30k....we stayed away from them

a buddy of mine had them on his 06 dually. He really like the ride and tread looked really sweet. He said he's not going back to them cuz they only lasted about 30k miles tho. Didn't really last long enough to be worth the money he paid for them tho. He did put a lot of use and abuse to them tho so u might have better luck.

I had a set on my last rig...... drove great, tracked nice, no noise, only got 25k and they were shot.... I rotated every 5k and still got that milage, mine were 37" mostly highway miles... went to the toyo mt's they were even worse loud, bad tracking, drove like crap, i sold them used and when back to bfg's
Hope this helps

Don't do it! Been there done that, and they suck straight -up. I had the 37's and every one of them required huge amounts of weight to balance, and I'm talking 20 ounces plus. Luckily, after a few thousand miles, 4 Wheel Parts took them back and gave me full credit towards a set of 37" BFG AT's.
Have you considered the 37" TrXus M/T's? They're E rated and fairly cheap. I'm looking at them in 35's right now since I can't find any Toyo M/T's. Dick Cepek also has a new M/T that is due out July 20 and they look kick-azz.

Have you tried them yet? It's a different tire than the other Interco's and may last longer. I don't like the looks of the other Interco's but this one being E rated may be worth looking into.

Dick Cepek FC-II for 199 each (37x13.5x17) at National Tire!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That is too cheap to not try. A little mild on the tread pattern...but what the heck!

And..as usual to good to be true!
I think I will try the Cooper SST (near copy of the Toyo MT)...
I can get them for less than 250 each and theey have a 3500 lb rating.

On coopers site (the music is hideous), They have the SST which looks like the toyos and the Radial SST. On the regular SST under the construction it says its a radial. From the first glance from the site it doesn't look like a radial but apperently it is...

Is this for a daily driver or an off road truck?
PJ's are mainly used for their off road capibality not streetability and mileage.
Why do you want 37's. Thats alot of rubber?
You should consider going with a bigger rim since thats alot of sidewall rubber, and will have lots of sidewal flex.
37's are cool looking but will perform better on a 18 or 20 inch rim.
As far as tires go why dont you steep up to a 21st century tire like the Toyo Open Country MT. They ride great, wear great, off road great, and look great. It what all of us young guys put on our lifted daily driven trucks.
