All personall preference. There is a time and place for chrome, no doubt. I might not ever get around to painting the grill black, as I do like some shine up front and a nice, freshly polished chrome front end does look sharp.

For me, the emblems on the side of the truck were just kinda boring. The chrome and the silver did not stand out, imo.

I see your point,mines patriot blue no problem for chrome to stand out on that.
