Painted Cab Lights and Valve Cover
Just reinstalled my valve cover and cab lights today. I was inspired by others painting their valve covers and did mine silver to match the truck with black trim. The valve cover is now the only thing clean under the hood!
Last week I had asked about painting the stock cablights from orange to black and took everyones advice and used Nightshade by VHT. I am happy with how it turned out. Tonight Ill go outside and get a couple pics with it dark outside. Let me know what you guys think!

Yeah. I was thinking about doing mine with night shades, i have big rig style cab lights. I would like to see how much light shines through and how bright they are.

It's glossy probably just because it's clean..
Other than that, I think just basic Krylon, with 4-5 coats of clear (Krylon?) on top of it. I tried paint "made for plastic" and it sucked. I just used regular paint, but did a lot of prep (sanding, cleaning..) and so far it's holding up.
