PacBrake Issue Question.

Having a bit of an issue with my pacbrake prxb. A few weeks ago I noticed that at startup the brake would cycle 1 or 2 times then the pump would come on then the the final cycle or two would happen. Before this it would cycle 3x without the pump coming on. Other problem that has appeared at the same time is that I have lost the warm up feature, ability to turn brake on when engine is cold. Sent a email to pacbrake got a response to reset the apps as the brake is not seeing idle correctly. Reset the apps 3X did not help.
Called pacbrake and was told to check the test plug for corrosion which is where the brake gets its signals from. It was/is fine. The brake works fine when on the road. Pressure switch cuts out at 125psi and comes on about 105psi
Does anyone have any other ideas of what to check or what has failed or failing? Computer issue?
TIA Tony

The only thing I can offer is a generic response, check your grounds and any other connections that interface with the Pacbrake.
