hey all. looking for opinions on tweaking my setup! sticks and dual pumps are on the way in the next few months so please leave those suggestions out for now.
i run sand drags and 1/4's for now.
1/4 look like this...13.16 @106.6
60' 2.025 4x4 launch around 14lbs...sticks will help this.
tnt on 5 or 7..didn't make much difference
tm on 3 or 4
rail 2
dr p. on performance
water only 20%meth
rail pressure held 24-25 during the runs

looking to get few more tenths.
should i change my stack? will not get rid of smarty, though.
go to regular revo programming based on my mods?

i still need to turn my boost up 8-10lbs. running 42lbs currently.
do not want no2 yet. want diesel only 12's before squirt.

running 285's currently.
any suggestions would be appreciated.

I am no expert, but you are probably going to hear a lot about twins. Faster spool with more hit to it. The BIG 66/71 is "probably" holding you back a little..... Like I said, no expert, just observation....Then again it might wake up with sticks and pumps...Drop the meth and go funny gas....

 

Your 60' is what needs work. Do you have wheel spin or is it just a mushy launch? A good auto should be cutting 1.8's pretty easily with traction. You may want to look at some Caltracs or a ladderbar set-up. I have a set of stock BFG's that I put on that have been treated with VP tire softener. Your 1/4 MPH is up there so you have plenty of power on hand you just need to utilize it at the launch.
