another vote for info on your smarty settings...... you may also wish to get the race tune....... race tune alone, I hit 571, I have the quad box now stacked for a lil pressure, and am supposed to be getting the new rp gauge whenever it ships. each truck is different, try sw 7, with the mp8 on about halfway, and then sw9 mp8 half way up.

So, my rail pressure is obviosly good, would a CP3 make any difference? Maybe I'm thinking wrong but if I have good constant RP with what I have then I should not need a CP3, right? I don't really want to go to larger sticks if possible, this thing smokes pretty bad as it is with 1.8's. And I can't really pour out the cash for twins. I guess I'll have to live with what I have. If I go to the TNT, can I switch back and forth to the Revo? Don't want to loose daily drivability. Oh, it was 97 degrees outside when I did the run. Probably see better numbers on a cooler day.

You absolutely do not need bigger sticks to break 600hp. What you need is the TNT tune loaded up. It's on the website and once you have it downloaded and saved to your computer, you can switch back and forth from TNT to REVO. It's about a 20 minute download.
TNT on sw9, RP stock, TM2, TQ4, MP8 on 75-100%, make sure the dyno is loaded correctly to hit a minimum of 40psi in 3rd gear and I bet you would see 625hp or maybe even a little more on a cool day.

I leave my Smarty on sw9 all the time unless I'm towing. I just turn down the pod for daily driving and raise it for playing. Can I do the same thing with TNT or should I just use it for the dyno and track?

Here ya go...

Just download TNT you'll hit 600 NP. TNT starts at 100hp and goes to 230HP on lvl 9. Cant remember off the top of my head what Revo does. If you want more than what TNT offers get some springs and I think you meet the requirements for TNT-R from Bob.

GOD, I HATE computers. I have been trying to get TNT for over an hour now and I can't get it to do anything. It will not open or transfer to the Smarty. I have followed all of the instructions exactly. Any tips? Anyone else have this problem. I have XP.

Ok, somehow I messed up and got it to work. Just waiting for it to load onto the Smarty. Once loaded onto the Smarty, can I just plug it in and it will work or will I have to reprogram the truck ecm?

When you get your new program loaded on the Smarty you will need to reset your sw. You do not have to return to stock though. Just set your options and program it in.

Strange, I don't really notice a difference. SW9 POD 80 Tq 3 tm 3 rp 1 mp-8 50%. I usually leave the pod at 80 for daily driving. So, I left all my settings the same except I don't daily drive with the mp-8 on. Did not really notice anything.
